How much does it cost to hire Ottawa Housekeepers?
Our prices are very affordable and based on the size of your home – we will come to your home to provide a free estimate and consultation – so you know exactly what you will be paying. No surprises!
How long does it take to clean?
On average, 4 hours will be sufficient to preform a regular clean for an average sized family home.
Do you serve my area?
If your home is in Ottawa or the surrounding areas, our team will be happy to clean your home. Our service area includes: west to Stittsville, east to Cumberland, south to Manotik and north to the Ottawa river. If you are located outside these mentioned areas, a travel fee may apply.
Do you provide deep cleaning services like on the TV show Hoarders?
Yes, we will restore your home to it’s natural state – we can help you organize your home, package any items for donations as well as prepare your belongings for storage and/or moving in, or out of your home.
Do you provide any additional services?
Yes, we will clean exterior windows, help organize and clean your garage, clean your vents, as well as help you prepare for moving in or out of your home.

Do you have any cleaning advice that may help me?
- Wipe up immediately after spills; it will save hard work later.
- Do an easy wipe of the tub and walls after showering.
- Clean spills off wooden surfaces immediately as they will damage the wood if allowed to dry.
- Realistically, it is very hard to clean your home after a long busy day at work. Allow us to care for your home.

What are your terms and conditions?
Once a client has agreed to hire Ottawa Housekeepers, we will visit your home for a final estimate. If a client declines our services during this visit, and while an agent is on site, a $10 travel fee will be charged and payable in cash.
Life happens and we understand this. Clients will be required to cancel any scheduled services 24hrs in advance. In the case service is not cancelled within 24hrs of the appointment, or rescheduled for a later day, the client will be charged 50% of their cleaning fee.
